We take every care to ensure that the processing of your data complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.
02What Data We Collect
We collect only data necessary for specific purposes. We do not sell your data to anyone.
- Contact data — name, email address or phone number, if you contact us voluntarily (e.g. regarding collaboration).
- Donation data — transaction amount and date, processed by PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
- Analytics data — anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics): browser type, country, time spent on site. Not linked to any individual.
- Technical data — IP address (anonymised), session cookies necessary for the site to function.
Legal basis: legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for analytics, and performance of a contract / consent (Art. 6(1)(b)/(a) GDPR) for donation data.
03PayPal Payments
Online donations are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., headquartered in Luxembourg. When you click the PayPal donation button you are redirected to PayPal's secure site.
- We have no access to your card details or PayPal password.
- PayPal processes data under its own privacy policy: paypal.com/privacy
- We receive only a transaction confirmation: amount, date and payment ID — no card data.
- Transaction data is retained for 5 years in accordance with accounting requirements.
04Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (USA), to analyse site traffic and improve content.
- IP anonymisation is enabled — your IP address is truncated before being stored.
- We do not share data with Google for advertising purposes (feature disabled).
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- You can opt out of tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
